We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Dispatch methods are listed on the product page as well as throughout the checkout process. Wayfair will select the appropriate dispatch method and carrier when you order. It is not possible to choose a carrier or dispatch method.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon. Orders you place with Venustheme late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

One-Man Delivery

Medium items will be delivered by specialist carriers. Upon dispatch we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date. We will provide a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Two-Man Delivery

The largest items will be handled by specialist carriers with two-person delivery teams and charges may be added to orders. Upon dispatch we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date. We will provide a tracking number so that you can track your order.

It is your responsibility to asses delivery requirements and suppy correct information. If you are not sure about the delivery requirements please call us on 020 8838 1500 (3 Lines).

We only deliver to UK Mainland and certain post codes.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Park Royal Office Furniture order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of notused, undamaged, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup fee and 10% restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

Returning Gifts

When returning a gift, a Park Royal Office Furniture Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from Park Royal Office Furniture website or showroom. We don't issue cash returns for gifts.

Returning Merchandise

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your Park Royal Office Furniture order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please email us on sales@profurniture.co.uk with your order and invoice number and request a return form to ensure proper return address and credit information.

Goods will be accepted back for credit only with the express permission of Park Royal Office Furniture Ltd. Please contact us for instructions on point of delivery. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resale able condition.

Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged. The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to Park Royal Office Furniture Ltd. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer. We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for Park Royal Office Furniture Ltd. to process your return.
